Unprofessional service and attitude

I have been try to setup an account with coca cola for 3 months now. I had someone come and look at my business and they would have set the account up with in 10 days. The lady missed our appointment twice and Rescheduled 3 time. Till today I can not get any service out of them or have people contact me back to setup the account. I have constanly tried to get in contact with them but stil empty promises. If this is the hassle to sell their product, what service will they provide after this??
