Unprofessional Receptionist

On 28 Oct at 08:00 I had the most unpleasant encounter at ABI's reception you can imagine...I arrived at ABI Eastrand stopped at entrance to parking lot, waited 2minutes no one came to open the boom gate, I thought it was not working. I reversed and went to another entrance gate, here a security guard from Fidelity Security came and told me another someone will assist me. Then came a security guard from Group4s, instructing me to go back to previous gate. I told him there was no one...he then called into the building. I again went to main reception after a while a lady from Fidelity let me through. I told her who I must meet, and that I will wait inside reception. She told me to wait. She asked at reception if I can wait there. I went in and sat at a couch, Veronica asked me who I was waiting for, I told her. Then it all started,I could not wait there for this person because he is for another company on their site!!!!!and then she called security, another security guard of Fidelity came and jumped on the bus that I can not wait in reception. Veronica said it is for their clients who will still come!!!! I ended up waiting in my car. NO PROFFESIONALITY PLAIN RUDE...
