Unfair treatment

we are in a disadvantaged rural areas and there are many schools nearby yet we are unable to get stock of the 330ml buddy bottle coke as they say its available only to ****a shops in disadvantaged areas ,<br> We are in that area yet we cannot get them. <br> This is unfair
