Two months without a working Coca-Cola fridge

We have a canteen on site at Anglogold Ashanti. The lady who owns the canteen has been struggling for more than two months now to get a technician out to refill the fridge with gas. We had some guy out and he told us after replacing a light in the fridge and fixing the grill at the bottom of the fridge that it will cool better that a brand new fridge. The following day the cold drinks where even warmer that the day before. I've phoned them personally 3 times already. The other staff that tried to help the lady phoned since the end of November 2017. All that I want to say is that even when you threaten the call center agents, they have this disrespectful attitude towards you. You should think that Coke is this huge company that cares about retaining business, well I guess that I am sadly mistaken. Personally I will move over to Pepsi. By word of mouth I will tell all family and friends to move over to Pepsi. This whole ordeal has left a bad taste in my mouth.
