Transport division can't take responsibility

On my way from visiting my branch in Hartebee****rt, I stop at a red traffic light on Van Der Hoff road. Standing in the line all of a sudden a Coca-Cola Truck drives into my car it didn't break in time. I get all the driver's details and he says no issue I can contact his company ABI (transport division of Coca-Cola). I battle to get a hold of four different managers a total of 18 calls and left messages. I finally get a hold of one Shuren which refers me to the contact person on duty Lantis. He responds by asking me why Shuren reffered it to him and how is this his problem? He siad the driver reported nothing (I have photos). I ask to speak to his superior Eddy to find out what their policies are? He couldn't assist and told me he will get back to me yesterday as everyday not on the road for me cots me and our company money. I am still waiting... In the meantime I I contacted my insurance as I get no joy from this ABI and I need a rental. My problem is because they drove into me... I have to claim, meaning I loose my outbonus. I pay R5000 from my pocket. Every day not on the road costs me about R1000. Why do I pay for their mistake?
