TOOK MONEY BUT NO SERVICES

AT JHB GEN HOSPITAL I USED COLDRINK MACHINE ON 13.06.2015 AT +- 4.00AM. <br> I put R 20 note in machine to buy a can of coke but can didn't come out and machine slow R20 note. <br> I see on machine there is no to complaint, so I phone that no but it's say you have to phone office hours. but there is sms no there to lodge complaint. I lodge complaint through sms on 36224 and they response and gave me ref no. ***. It was on 13.06.2015 at 8.00am. I received sms, refund has been logged, turnaround time 24 to 48 hours. But till today 23.06.2015 I didn't hear anything from them.<br> Plus that machines are very dirty and It is in hospital. Where is health dept ?
