Called in to Abi about a new trade application and app**** for a fridge.<br> <br> Form was filled on 28 January 2015. Contract signed, i was told everything is in order. since then i had two calls from abi for an order but still haven't heard anything about fridge. <br> <br> When i called Ladysmith Branch Manager Thami ***) he said speak to a person in charge Sizwa ***).<br> <br> when i called Sizwa he said he don't know any thing about application, finally they found out about a staff members who collected forms but still no feed back. Called numerous times to Sizwa regarding this, always told 'next week, next week. finally he said speak to Colen<br> <br> When i called Colin he said i will get back to you in 2 minutes, NEVER CALLS BACK!!!. <br> <br> Can someone please action this matter urgently It's been 2 months!!!. <br> <br> I am certainly out of options now thus hope someone will take my query serious and attend to it. <br> <br> Thanks a lot ABI.
