suspicious items floating in bottle

I am a retailer, received a return from a customer with something floating in the bottle, I took pics and sent to the company, they insist it is mould, however I have the bottle in my possession and it has not increased in size. They want to take the bottle away from me for testing, but I am sure this is their way of pushing it under the carpet so the masses don't find out. I am pretty sure it is either a snail or a ******. Guys I suggest you rather stick to cooee. I will also be slowly phasing out their products in my store. The representative that came out after my complaint was also very rude and dismissed my claim. I will be taking this to the media!!! They expect you to call them at your cost and they can just come out and wipe it under the carpet?
