Stock not delivered

i've ordered stock with our rap Gercheon from Coca Cola on Friday 29/12/2017 for delivery of Saturday which is next day, i've paid invoice amount in advance to Coca Cola bank account, well Saturday driver called me at 17:05 and asking me which way is King william's Town? he is in Queens town and dont know which way to go? so i told him you should know you are driver not me and i dont know where you in Queens Town., so he told me that i'll not get my stock i must place another order and i'll receive my stock next week on Thursday and he cut the phone, so i called Gercheon and explained to him about situation and he said he will sort it out and i should be receiving stock on Sunday as it is not my fault, well we didnt received any stock Sunday, Monday, so i called Gercheon and asked him where is my stock? he said we will be receiving on Thursday! so i told him i got no stock and i already paid amount for Invoice i could have bought stock on Saturday else where with same amount which i paid to Coca Cola, and i told him i need to place complain to Coca cola give me the number where i can speak to appropriate person, he gave me number for Team leader (Tyron) i spoke to him, but he was not professional and ethical he was reluctant to talk to me, i was surprise about his attitude, so i told him thank you and i put the phone down, well thanks Coca Cola for not helping and not delivering and employing such a people.
