Still no feedback still no airtime!

Well I received a call from this number +*** and an indian lady apparently looked on the system and told me that she could see my number and that I had entered the competition and said she'll look into why I haven't received the R10 MTN airtime after asking me a bunch of questions, so 10 days later and needless to say I'm very disappointed and wouldn't be typing this report if they at least called me back or send me the airtime! I'm sure you are better than that Coca-Cola or am I wrong?! Utterly disappointed!
