Spaletta cream soda in a coca cola bottle

I wanted to buy coca cola in some shop and came across a sealed coca cola bottle containing spaletta cream soda. I have the image to prove it. When I asked the shop owner about it he said it came from the supplier like that. Is that really possible? In the years i have been consume coke products this is a first.
