Short dated and expired Coke unacceptable
Good day. My wife purchased a 24 pack of Coca Cola 300ml for the kids for our fasting month which commenced on 25/04/2020. The case was purchased end of February from Victoria Street Durban specifically for the kids as a reward for observing the day long fast. We happened to open one bottle yesterday and found it flat with a foul taste. When I checked the date on the bottle, I was disappointed to see 11Mar20 printed on the bottle as it was just purchased in late February. I obviously am unable to go to that store now due to lockdown and the fact that it is a bit of a distance from me as I am based in Overport Durban. Please can you assist in attending to this complaint. The pack still contains 23 sealed bottles. I’ve attached a picture of one bottle.

A consultant named Nathan sent a cold generic reply basically telling me to go back to the store.
He shouldn't have wasted his time replying if he couldn't help.
This is your product and I'm unable to travel back to that store which is s distance away from me to return it.
Please send someone to me to attend to this and replace the product.
