SHOCKING SERVICE

I made a complaint on the 29 November 2024 at 17:07. I was eventually contacted about a week later by a guy (name known to me) in Port Elizabeth who promised that he would get East London to sort out my problem. To date I still havent seen or heard from anyone in East London. I have been without a coke Fridge since October 2024. No reps cal or even answer calls. A company like coke deserves to be challenged by the likes of Twizzer and co. They are always willing to assist and at least take our calls.
