Shame on you Coca Cola!

This company is on the decline! For the second time, I purchased 300ml glass bottle coke and it tastes aweful! The first time I notified them, they replaced them but not with the same product! They gave me plastic bottles!!!!! I hate plastic bottled coke!

The second time, they promise that someone would contact me, which they did....but only to make an excuse why they could not attend to my complaint because they were out of town. They promised to see me this past Friday. Well, Friday came and went. No call to apologise, no re-scheduling of the appointment.......nothing! They are messing me around! Or they don't want to take responsibility for their inferior quality products!

Shame on you Coca-Cola South Africa!
