Service Non Existant

We opened our business on 5 July. We have been struggling to get our account open. A month ago we enquired again after the "accounts manager" collected the application form. Three weeks after that we had to phone again, and the excuse was that he was on leave. The call centre agent informed us that they had him on the other line and promised that we would have our account number the next day. Once again three weeks later and still no account number. I have been holding on the phone for more than 20 minutes today! REALLY IRRITATED AND AGITATED. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE US OUR ACCOUNT NUMBER?????
