Service from ABI/CCBSA is shocking

Service received from ABI is always very bad. From non deliveries on long weekends to the rep just being SO ***********. As a hotel it is very annoying to deal with a supplier like this, especially because there is nowhere else to buy these products from. Direct complaints made on CCBSA website are never answered and the rep never has any answers either. Avoid using CCBSA as much as possible.
