Road ****, the Coca Cola saga

On thr 3rd of June 2020, around 15:23 i was on my way home from Qwa Qwa in the Eastern Free State. I was driving at an average speed, keeping to the law as it has been my habit lately. When looking at my rearview mirror, i notice the truck behind me was less than 5 meters in following distance, the driver was overspeeding and seeking to bully me into the yellow lane. I studied K53, thus I am fully conversant with the law when it comes to driving and there is nowhere, where a driver is forced to drive in the yellow lane. In my recollection, subject to correction, the lane is meant for emergencies. The truck companies in South Africa have a notice written at the back of their trailers that they are not allowed to drive in that lane. I have learnt by experience not to drive in that lane, especially at night. The driver was clearly in a hurry. Perhaps farrying covid 19 supplies which a hospital needed urgently? Or he was coveying the President's special order, and was late? Nobody knows, and I would like a full explanation from his employers.

He pursued for over 5 minutes and when we got to about 10 kilometers due Kestell, where the road reaches a decline, with the oncoming road nearing the close of its dual lane, he overtook. Mind you the danger this guy is placing all the road users at the scene in. The oncoming road users swerved to the far left to avoid this attempt at ****ing them, when he notices this he take a stab at my life and that of the two passengers I was with. I did my best to keep to my lane, and was nearly driven off the road with the trailer. I wonder how many victims does this guy have, sure should there have been no witnesses, i would have been a goner.

With no evident marks on his truck, the man would have gotten away with a clean ****** and the three of us would have known no justice. I took the number plates of the trailer, noted the time and all the details i could garher from the truck. I plead with Coca Cola, to bring me justice in this matter. An inquest of attemoted ****** will be opened as soon as i have all the details of the company, the driver and reasons for an attempt on our lives.

As soon as i can convene with my lawyer, I will then be clear on how to go about opening a law suit against the company and the driver. You must bear in mind, lastly, that this guy could have possibly been involved in many unexplained accidents and with survailance analysis of all his jobs, many cases might be solved. I cannot conclusively acertain the latter, but I am worried that my theory might be right. You have a potential ******er at your employ, and who knows what this guy has been up to on the road?
