Promotion ( Upington Six Pharmacy)

Good day. My name is Shereen Klaaste my nr is ***. I have to come here to put my complain in again about the company called Coca-Cola Beverage. On how they handled my case. They've been saying that they forward my complain to their head office. But i hear nothing from them since, and i really want to know what happend now I've won the price of the promotion they launched out. And i I ask if it was a **** cause i filled informs and send emails of my Id but they never come back or maybe was it a ****. Thats all i want to know. Please help
