possible fly in sealed 2litre coca cola

I purchased a 2litre coke from a mobile shop, the next day when I wanted to open it I realised there was something in it, I stopped to check and it looks like and insect, I called them immediatly and was told I would be sent an sms, nothing was sent, today I called again and eventually got through, sms but no one has gotten back to me again? One would think that something of this nature would warrant immediate attention, and to top it off their customer service is apparently under construction, pathetic really for a global company, where do I post pics and videos as I feel its unacceptable
