poor customer service by Checkers Menlyn and Coca Cola Booysens

During December i went to Checkers Menlyn in Pretoria,i bought three packs of buddy coldrinks being coke,fanta and stoney.In January i had my kids complaining about the taste of coke that it was off,i just ignored that and i insisted that they drink them as i paid for them.Again the same thing to fanta which was also off,only to find the coldrinks have expired and I went to Checkers Menlyn and reported that they insisted that they need proof of purchase which i lost .The people at customer services were very rude and not willing to assist.In January i phoned Coca Cola Booysens in Pretoria and i explained the whole story to them.They promised to come back to me and took my contacts to date they never came back to me.Very dissapointed from the service that that i got from such a big company.The same and trreatment ids the same i got from the retail store.POOR CUSTOMER CARE.
