Poor customer service

I have two outlets in Zeerust ( takeaway shop and bottle store) I have ap**** for a cooler for my takeaway shop on 25 Oct 2017. Everytime i call the manager she come up with a story. The Rep came to my bottlestore and take a order and it was never delevered. I have filled in all the documents but i receive bad service from coke.
