PENSIONERS TREATED UNFAIRLY

Please note that my father was suppose to go on pension in 2019 , but instead he got an early retirement in 2017 at the age of 63 and was promised a monthly salary until he turns 65, he only received the salary for only two months after the retirement .

In 2019 he submitted his pension claims to coca cola polokwane for processing of his pension. Till to date he hasn’t received his funds and we took it upon ourselves to follow up with the financial service provider, which is NBC. We were notified by NBC PE branch that no claim was made and that a company stamp is required on the forms before the claim can be processed.

On Friday 05 March 2021 the forms were sent to coca cola polokwane branch for them to issue us with a stamp only for one of your employees by the name of Tebogo Rakumako to deny us of the stamp. Are you really aware that our parent is in distress because of this situation? Please note that this employee have worked for your company for more than 20 years only for illiterate employees to treat him like this. Is it because he doesn't know technology to send complaints that's why you giving him the runaround to get his pension.

This money was deducted every month for crying out loud and now when it's supposed to assist the pensioner its nowhere to be found. How is he supposed to survive when you are ill-treating him like this. Is this how you treat your employees when they go to pension? Are we supposed to go to the media first before the right thing can be done?

I require an urgent intervention in this matter as this is affecting out beloved fathers health.
