Pathetic service

I’ve been fighting with my reps for my invoice prices to be sorted out as they’ve delivered 10 pallets of 1.5lt coke and sparletta to my store but the price they promised is incorrect. It’s been 2 weeks since the issue started. Reps are not taking my calls and responding to my texts. Abi are gone terrible. They’ve lost me as a customer. ✌????
