Pathetic Service

<p>Placed an order with Cindy on Monday 20 Feb for delivery Tuesday 21 Feb. Delivery not received. Office just doesn't answer their phones ********** and when they do you are put on hold. Phoned rep at 08h11 on Wednesday ( Calvin ) and he said he would phone me back in 10 minutes time. Its now 08h38 and still no phone call. Had same pathetic service 2 weeks back - should have logged a complaint then as well, but so we learn ........</p>
