Pathetic Customer Service

I have a tuck shop in Mayville. Every time I order cool drink from Coke, I have to wait 3 or 4 days for my stock to arrive, yet the tuck shop next door gets deliveries twice per week. Every time I message my REP, he reads my messages and does not reply. Pathetic service indeed.
