Order not deliver

We were suppose to get our deliver yesterday it did not happen, not even a phone call received to say sorry its not coming. This morning I have been phoning the rep non stop she don't not even answer, still no deliver.<br> <br> This horrible service, the toll free customer number does not even work ***
