Opened a coke and had no gas

We went to the Garage at Bp South Rod to purchase coke zero for my parents as they do not drink normal coke. We buy a 2.25litre get home and the two litre was totally flat when i say flat i mean no gas what so ever. We buy coke in cases two cases of 1.5litres and one cases of 440ml per month and this is what coke supplies I mean really your product is supposed to be of superior quality. This is not the firs time this has happened to us and we only drink coke and expect to have gas in the drinks.

I have been contacted and was told two working days for a rep to contact me that would have been last week tuesday. i was then called by someone who said the reps are on leave and should contact me by wednesday. it is now mon your flat coke is still sitting at my house waiting for your rep since the 4th of november it is now the 15th
