Open your coke glass bottles carefully

I bought a coke from a small shop and I opened the bottle the whole head of the bottle was off. Luckily I chose to pour the coke into a glass and noticed the whole glass head came off in the cap. I took it back to the shop they told me there's nothing they can do i must contact their supplier. I feel like this is ridiculous because I buy coke almost everyday what if something worst happened and the glass was Ingested. I emailed Peninsula beverages no response. This is just pathetic
