Not Getting value for money

Some time in August I went to a KFC outlet with my family.We ordered our food and drinks so my son took his drink in a 500ml cup and my daughter took a buddy drink also a 500ml but in the bottle.The contents of the cup is not equilivent to the bottle, consumers are getting much less of a drink in the cup.This issue was reported to Coke's client services division.I spoke to a lady by the name of Khamla and guess what today being the 16/11/2017 and not even a positive response from the company.Is this the kind of service an international company renders or the the consumers not important anymore,it's all about the money.Really poor service and the consumer is being ********** at the end of the day.
