Not contacting me as told!

I bought 2x 2lt coca cola at Superspar in Kilnerpark and the manager told me that it is a bad batch from coca cola. I reported the matter to coca cola. They send me a mail and gave me a reference number and told me that they will contact me. Until today(3 weeks later) no responce and i must keep the coke in my fridge for collection. This ios poor service. I paid full price for it and this is how they treat me. I give them 24 hours to contact me and then i will take this matter to a new level period.
