NO SERVICE! NO FEEDBACK! RUDE! IMCOMPETENT!

Called in to complain about a new trade application that was filled in in September 2014. Contract signed, told everything was in order. Still haven't heard anything. Called Welkom office numerous times regarding this, always told 'next week, next week.' It's been 5 months!<br> Always passing the buck. Manager NEVER CALLS BACK. Manager himself promised me that he will look into it. No feedback after being PROMISED that I will be called within an hour.<br> Receptionist at Welkom office VERY RUDE especially after you call complaining about the same thing.<br> NO-ONE DOES THEIR JOB!<br> <br> Called the call centre, spoke to a very helpful lady (Ntokozo) who emailed Milton at Welkom branch. I still have heard nothing from him.<br> <br> Called Head Office, was told to take the matter up with Welkom office manager. After explaining that Welkom manager also ***********, she 'put me through' to someone and after waiting for 5 minutes the phone was put down in my ear.<br> <br> Thanks a lot ABI. Your customer service SUCKS!
