NO Service from Customer Service - Pathetic

<p>I have logged a call on 15 June 2016, to which I received a non satisfactory response whereby I gave them more information regarding the complaint. I am still awaiting feedback ********** ********** Your 'service' is appalling. I now need to log a complaint against the Customer Service as well? Your Regional Special Events Manager and Special Events Administrator who 'services' the Pretoria CBD area is in need of some much needed Customer Relations training. I'm hoping I will get a response this time, as I want to lodge a formal complaint.</p>
