No response from abi rep.

I am from Johnny's Blue Bottle in van der hoff. I've been in contact with abi rep in our area Hendrik ***. He then confirmed that we need to sign a document as there is already an account for the store that we purchased. After a week he came into the shop and we phoned accounts because the account was blocked from previous owner. The lady in accounts said that it's fine we need to fill in a document which Hendrik will bring to us. 4 days later he phoned and said he will bring the form within half an hour. No one showed. I phoned a few times afterward and he does not answer his phone simply replies with a Ill call you back but never does. How does abi do business like this???? This has been a 2 week ordeal already.
