No Gas

I recently bought coke on sale at a retailer ( the lady went to fetch me a sleeve from their stock at the back ) I purches it & the coke fanatic that I am,I immediate put some in the fridge,my family came to visit & the 1st one that I opened was without gas,I thought maybe it was just the 1 but the other 2 was also without gas. I've emailed the Coke Company and send the details I also got a reference number but didn't hear from them as yet.

The problem is I don't stay in the same same area where I purchase it from.

I know Coke have some stick issues but they could have reply at least by now.

I didn't bought less coke as if I have to say myself I am a coke addict. But I am really disappointed.
