no feedback no response

I was very excited to send out my email requesting assistance in subcontracting and about submitting my business proposal to Coca Cola.<br> <br> With Coca Cola being such a well established household brand i didn't have any qualms when I started the process by contacting them.<br> <br> Unfortunately my experience has turned out very poorly. I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction in the poor service I received in the hopes that you can help remedy the situation.<br> <br> A response was sent to my email which advised that I contact another number to get further assistance. On contacting that number, a consultant answered who uninterestedly and bluntly responded that she would call me back but never did.<br> <br> As a young entrepreneur who is not only interested in starting my own business but also as one of my goals is to better the community around me with training, development and employment, I would have hoped a greater interest would have been shown and assistance offered as to the steps that Would be required to commence this process.<br> <br> Being a big organization such as Coca Cola I assumed that the support for start up businesses would be much more prolific. I am evidently quite incorrect in this assumption
