NO delivery and No repp

Good day.<br> I placed a online order with ABI on the 17/07/15.I followed the promps and it gave me a delivery date for the 18/07/15.Today is 22/07/15 and im still waiting.<br> I also have a collection of damaged good that i acquired over time from our 4 stores,But when i phone ABI im told to speak to my rep..<br> Who is this person i havent seen them in almost a Year!
