No delivery

My area rep, Errol, took my order while visiting my shop on 06/08/2015. I received an sms confirming delivery for 07/08/2015 reference nr ***0. My shop closes at 1700 and by 1730 on 07/08/2015 no delivery had occurred from ABI as promised. After numerous phone calls to Errol on 08 August 2015 I was informed I MIGHT get delivery on 11 August 2015. When I said I want to speak to his CEO he said I must go for it. This is the third time within 2 months ABI have not delivered as promised, that no delivery has occurred on the date that they have confirmed. I am so tired of their false promises and of making numerous phone calls only to be **** to.
