NO DELIVERY!!!!!

29/052015 we were expecting a delivery from the depot the driver came at 19H00 no one to receive that delivery the driver then said he would be back Monday, it is Wednesday today still no delivery!!!! I then called CIC centre to speak to a lady called ayanda who gave me the run around asking me to make a new order when i wanted to follow up on that previous order she would not give me the depot number nor would she put me through to a superior/supervisor. She was instead giving details i could care careless about telling me the drivers name who cares??? i want the order<br> <br> this totally unaccepectable it is rude and disgusting that you refuse to put us through to the necessary departments to lay complaints
