No deliveries

Good day, please help me to sort this problem with Abi <br> <br> Their sales rep always come on on Thursday to take my order<br> But we do not get delivery this has been more than 5 months with no solution I had complained to the sales rep but he said it beyond his control .<br> <br> The management has changed the delivery structure.<br> Well that's is problem because it incoviniencing us as costumers<br> They come to our shops and take order but they do not deliver.<br> We got frustrated because I do not go buy at wholesalers hoping for them to deliver.
