No contact yet after winning an instant prize

I entered a coke competition buy sending a code through to a ussd number from a coke bottle cap. The competition is currently underway. You can win instant airtime and coke merchandise and an UNKNOWN fun experience of YOUR CHOICE. So i entered and it said i won coke merchandise. I saved a screen shot of the winning message as well. They said i will be contacted by a representative to arrange delivery. Up till today, i have yet to be contacted by coke to arrange any sort of delivery. If this is the way you guys run competitions, then you seriously need to look at your process again. What's the point of winning something and not getting contacted to arrange delivery? I can also forward the screen shot and you can check all you call records to see if my number was dialed and if someone spoke to me. <br> <br> Very disappointed in coke.
