New Coca Cola '500'ml bottles
I would just like to enquire about the change that has recently accrued with Coca Colas product. I am a big supporter of Coca Cola and recently I have noticed that the 500 ml bottles are now reduced to 440 ml. That is not the problem! The problem isn't that the ml has been reduced and the price still remained the same.
Please could I get clarification on this matter and the reasoning. It is very disappointing.

Firstly we apologies for your trouble.
We recently made changes to two packages out of our portfolio of more than 76 beverages, which exist in 36 pack sizes. This is not unusual and we regularly adjust our pricing, packaging and product mix to adapt to market conditions and consumer demands. We apologize that we were not as clear as we should have been about the changes. We could have communicated more extensively to our consumers at point of sale and through the media. Our company remains committed to serving South Africans with the choice of beverages they enjoy
