Mold found in my bottle

Good day,

I am not sure how this is even possible..but upon finishing off my 300ml bottle of coke(which went down quite well)...I was horrified at finding mold at the bottom of the bottle and on the sides(inside) This is the first time ever I experience this...my family and I drink coke on a daily basis...but this experience is now making me weary..as you only see the mold after the effect(when the bottle is empty). I am sick to my tummy thinking of what I have consumed,nauseating experience
