Left Stranded

On the 2nd of September I was hit by a Coca Cola truck, my car was terribly damaged and the truck driver admitted to being in the wrong and followed me to the police station to create an Accident Report, he also allowed me to take images of his drivers license etc. He also took my number, we then parted ways. I also sent an email to Coca Cola SA and they responded on the 3rd of September asking me to send them all my evidence which I did, I sent a follow up email on the 8th September however did not get a response, I have been using public transport for this duration as well as Uber since I finish work late. It’s been a difficult two weeks and it’s disheartening that such a big company would not even take responsibility or even apologize for the inconvenience caused by their own driver.
