Leaking 2litre Coke bottles and Damages to my kitchen cupboard

I am very irrate as the 2x 2litre Coca Cola bottles purchased at the beginning of November from Woolworths Cascades in Pietermaritzburg had leaked in my kitchen cupboard(while fully sealed I might add), causing damage to my kitchen cupboard. I had emailed Coca cola on 20th November to complain and offer them the samples to investigate. They emailed me back on 23rd November asking me for contact information and the product info. They also mentioned that their bottler will be contacting me in 2 days to arrange collection of the samples. I responded that very afternoon with the info. they required, to which I received no response. I had again emailed Coca cola on 26th November for feedback and had no response. Today(30th November) I emailed them again for a response and mentioned I would be placing this review on Hellopeter as I am being ignored... I still have not received a response. Meanwhile I have had to leave my damaged cupboard open with door removed as the sectional compartment had been damaged by the coke which leaked into the wood and mould keeps growing in there quite badly every few days. I know Coca cola is a reputable company but I have never had such bad customer service before. Nevermind the 2 bottles of Coke which are wasted, I am now sitting with a rotting cupboard. Who is going to repair this???

Good day. Zakhele has already fetched the bottles from me today. I think perhaps communication needs to be improved between Coca cola and the bottler. The 2 bottles that have leaked have been replaced. My question is what is going to happen with the damage to my kitchen cupboard?
