Lack of support

I am unhappy and disappointed by the lack of support I receive from the sales representative assigned to my shop.

The sales representative lacks ubuntu towards me and I am unable to build a solid business relationship.

The representative is unable to identify my needs as a customer and acts like a bully. I don't get the support I need or make me aware of the brands on the market or education to improve my business.

I have seen the sales representative passing by my shop going to the next shop without any communication with me or my staff.

The sales representative is not suitable for township business . I will appreciate that I will be assigned a sales representative who understands my needs as a customer and small business owner.
