Issue with 2.5Ltr Cokes purchased several months ago

I submitted a complaint about 2.5Ltr cokes which we procured back in 2017. A lady from Coca Cola came out to replace 1x6 pack of the 2.5ltr with 1x6 pack of 2ltr Cokes, and promised feedback as they would investigate and provide feedback on the original issue, where the 2.5ltr bottles purchased produced very little gas, and would become distasteful within hours.

It's been 5 months and no feedback, I still have 6x2.5Ltr Cokes waiting to be replaced, and there was no courtesy or consideration for replacing 2.5ltr Cokes with the correct amount of 2ltr cokes.

Really really poor customer service and support.
