I've been taken for a fool by Coca Cola they *****

I requested quotations from Coca Cola since last week after being put through a number of people I finally got the correct or should I say the worst person to be hired by a business.The guy deals with quotations in CapeTown CBD I called this guy on Friday before 16 : 00pm and he was in traffic I had to wait for him to get to the office. And I had to call him back, I then told him what I needed and he said he would email me Monday 24th \yesterday". I called him again yesterday and he told me some story of his manager having to print the quotes and he promised he would email me today in the morning. I called again today and he told me that he would email me in 30 mins that was 3 hours ago. I have informed this guy that I'm working under a deadline and he has showed negligence towards that it is evident that Coca Cola doesn't care about their customers. I have wasted my resources and have been fooled for 3 days where as I could have gone somewhere else. This is ********* practice and is against consumer rights.
