How long do you take to open a NEW account?

I am the owner of a small business that wants to open a COD account with ABI. I have been emailing them since Sunday 15 March - it is now Thursday 19 March and No account opened. I am in the food business and need the cooldrink stock. If I phone them I can only get through if I have a customer number which I don't. Then I email them and get automated response that they will be in touch - they haven't. I even re-app**** online and still Nothing. No contact from a live human being!<br> What sort of customer care/ service is this?<br> Do I really have to run after you to give you MY BUSINESS!<br> Not impressed.
