House wife cafe Kroonstad...Struggling

Coca cola Welkom....by far the worst company to do business with....Last week your computers crashed you send me a order with half of the stuff not on the list you go and send me the same order TWICE again I rejected it because some of those things are slow sellers.Ordered Monday a new order Rep said I will get it Tuesday... they never delivered because they had to many deliveries..so Wednesday Rep say its on the truck around 5 o clock asked Rep where is stock she finds out the driver says we are closed how can that be if we here till 7....and now another issues you rewards App I have whatsapped emailed etc to changed the details of the shop Im logging into another shops name and I get smses my points are expiring..what the hell is going on with Coke before you were a good company NOW YOU SUCK
