Half full and flat colddrinks

Hi<br> <br> While on holiday in Upington we bought a six pack of Fanta G****. One of the cans was half full and flat.<br> <br> When I submitted the complaint to ABI customer Care through their website their initial response was quick<br> but not satisfactory. They wanted me to take the can back to Upington and lodge the complaint at the store where I bought it. I already explained it on my first email that I stay in Pretoria and explained it again on my reply to their first response. After my second email where I explained to them again that we live in Pretoria and we bought the items in Upington I never heard anything back from them.
